This is a short opener for the 2008 Webby Award's "Viral" Category. Designed, Programed, and Animated at Digital Kitchen.



In order to control the throbbing little cells and get them to spell "Viral" I made a little wiggly cell drawing app. So I recorded myself drawing what I needed and used that as a library of elements for the animation.

The initial size of the cells is dependent on how fast you draw them on. They also keep wiggling and growing the whole time (which slows it down a lot) You can Launch the app (in a new window) if you'd like to play with it yourself.
